Can I return or exchange?
Here at Sixteenth Hour, we print each product when it is ordered. We do not keep inventory on hand, therefore we cannot process size exchanges. All shirts are 100% combed and ring-spun cotton (Heather colors contain polyester). Please refer to our size chart in product description before ordering or send us an email for questions at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All sales are final. All of our items are made with love by hand at the time of purchase. For problems, feedback, or concerns with apparel, please email us at email@example.com within 5 days of delivery and we'll be happy to resolve.
Can I make changes to my order?
In most cases, once you've placed your order, our team will have already started processing it. So we would be unable to make any changes. If you have a change shortly after order is placed, email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and change. We will try our best to accommodate the change.
Ugh buyer's remorse, can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once you've placed your order, our team will have already started processing it. So we would be unable to cancel order.
Something wasn't right with my order, what now?
If you have received the wrong item or if it is damaged, we will happily replace it. Faulty products will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size. If you have received a faulty item, please contact us within 5 days with a photo.
All of our items are made especially for you at the time of purchase. We do not issue refunds on orders that have completed payment and shipped.
