CUSTOMIZATION OF COLLECTION ITEMS
Yes! Any of our particulars can be customized to various color combinations and products (tee, crew, hoodie, tank, etc.). Just shoot us an email (Subject: PRODUCT [insert product number] CUSTOMIZATION REQUEST) with the product number and let us know what you'd like changed. Don't see what you're looking for? How long does it take for items to ship?
We print and ship each item especially for you 24 hours within the time of purchase. All of our products are made to order. We do not keep inventory on hand. For apparel, please allow up to 7 business days before shipping. Standard shipping for domestic orders takes 3-5 business days. However, many orders are received within 10 days of ordering.
I'm ordering internationally, how long until I receive my order?
International orders take about 3 weeks to arrive. Please note, we are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. We are not responsible for any customs fees you may incur. After we have shipped your order, we are not able to make any changes to the address or cancel the order.
Where's my package?
If it is past 7 business days since you have placed your order and you have not received a tracking number, please email email@example.com and we will gladly look into it expeditiously. We will not replace any packages that are lost due to incorrect address. Please double check your address before confirming your order. If you have received a tracking number and have not received your package, please check in with your local courier.
My tracking says delivered, but I never received my package. What next?
If your tracking information provides that your order has been "delivered," but your package was never received, please check in with the local post office or the carrier to see if they have left any additional instructions on where this may have been left. There may be instances where the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at your address. For example: “Left under the table on the back porch."

We will not replace any packages that are lost due to incorrect address. Please double check your address before confirming your order. For stolen packages, we recommend filing a claim with the shipping carrier. We highly suggest services like USPS Package Intercept and Parcel Boxes if you have identified a reoccurring issue with package deliveries.

Can I return or exchange?
Here at Sixteenth Hour, we print each product when it is ordered. We do not keep inventory on hand, therefore we cannot process size exchanges. All shirts are 100% combed and ring-spun cotton (Heather colors contain polyester). Please refer to our size chart in product description before ordering or send us an email for questions at email@example.com.
All sales are final. All of our items are made with love by hand at the time of purchase. For problems, feedback, or concerns with apparel, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of delivery and we'll be happy to resolve.
Can I make changes to my order?
In most cases, once you've placed your order, our team will have already started processing it. So we would be unable to make any changes. If you have a change shortly after order is placed, email email@example.com with your order number and change. We will try our best to accommodate the change.

Something wasn't right with my order, what now?
If you have received the wrong item or if it is damaged, we will happily replace it. Faulty products will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size. If you have received a faulty item, please contact us within 5 days with a photo.
All of our items are made especially for you at the time of purchase. We do not issue refunds on orders that have completed payment and shipped.

How do Sixteenth Hour tees fit? I want a baggy look.
Great question. Our tees do fit true to size; however, not all our tees are made the same so please review the size charts for detail. We received wonderful feedback from our customers that for a fitted look, order true to your size. For a more relaxed fit, ordering up from true size seems to give our customers the look they are going for. For an oversized look, our customers have suggested ordering 2-3 sizes up. Please note, there are no returns or exchanges for completed orders.
